The special dimensional quality of woven plush and the very good resistance and very good disinfection properties when used with chemicals and steam open up new areas of application in medicine and care.

Pile materials are usually lint-free soft filament yarns which, in combination with microbicidal fibres, prevent bacteria, mould and fungi from growing. Our plushes are washable at 95 degrees and are available with and without coating (e.g. anti-slip effect) on request.

The pile layer forms a heat and pressure compensating cushion which, together with a very high absorption of liquids, allows new applications.
